APPARTAMENTO GMS-23
Renovation

The renovation of this apartment, in addition to a complete overhaul of the systems, included targeted interior design interventions—small adjustments that enhanced the usability of the spaces while keeping the budget under control.

The key change focused on the bathrooms: one was too small, and the other was of good size but poorly organized. By maintaining the original layout, two small yet functional bathrooms were created—one with a square floor plan and the other rectangular.

The corridor and hallway, originally separate, were combined and enhanced with simple design tricks: a line of light contrasts with the irregular geometries of the hallway, which are defined by an elegant matte color covering all surfaces.
