Renovation

The focus of the renovation is on the two bathrooms and the laundry area, where most of the house's plumbing fixtures are concentrated. Through targeted interventions, the plasterwork was reshaped to accommodate alignments, redefine geometries, and prepare the surfaces for the installation of the new cladding.

The larger bathroom houses the laundry area, concealed behind full-height custom-made wall-integrated doors. A uniform and bright finish was chosen here, with the only color accent being the cerulean-colored vanity. For the second, smaller and narrower bathroom, a bolder color palette was used, combining contrasting shades of petrol blue and cream with the jagged texture of Ceppo di Grè stone
