Renovation

Two generously sized bedrooms, a single bathroom, and separate living and kitchen areas. Starting from this layout, various proposals were developed to add a second bathroom and connect the kitchen to the dining area, while keeping the two bedrooms unchanged. In the reorganization of the spaces, the kitchen was resized but still maintained the same storage capacity as the initial linear configuration. In the living room, the old fireplace was relocated and repurposed, being replaced by a more modern bio-fireplace to complement the TV wall.
