The project involved the renovation and interior design of a villa in the Roman countryside, characterized by significant technological innovations integrated with the formal design of the spaces. A prestigious architecture with spacious areas that the current owners wanted to update with modern technological systems and a more contemporary design. The energy efficiency project included the installation of an underfloor radiant heating system powered by a heat pump, complemented by a photovoltaic system for winter climate control. For summer cooling, a ducted system was chosen, fully integrated into the architectural design, allowing independent control of each room. Vintage or reclaimed furniture stands out in contrast to the minimalism of the environment, especially in the dining room, where a uniform resin flooring replaces the parquet that characterizes the rest of the house.
