The apartment, part of a newly constructed building overlooking the Tor Marancia estate, already had a well-organized layout. Therefore, it required targeted interventions on systems and finishes to make the spaces suitable for a customized furniture proposal.

The work is primarily focused on interior design aspects, without major structural work.

To minimize construction work, a detailed architectural and systems survey was conducted, allowing the development of a personalized furniture and lighting design that respected the overall layout defined during the construction phase. Only small adjustments were made to the systems to optimize space functionality and maximize storage capacity.
