A complete reorganization of the spaces to fully leverage the potential of the layout and create practical, functional rooms.

For the partition walls, a dry construction system was chosen, consisting of expanded clay concrete blocks covered with plasterboard. This approach sped up the construction process and also provided excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

For climate control, an underfloor radiant heating system was installed, powered by a hybrid boiler with remote management capabilities.
